Nicol Mere win Tag rugby tournament in Ormskirk 2015.

The team performed fantastically well at the competition winning the bowl following some exciting games.

The quarter final started slowly going 2-0 down but fighting spirit and teamwork saw us recover to win narrowly.

The final was a specular effort from the group and in particular team captain Reece Bligh who scored a whopping 5 tries in the final to steer the team to victory 7-5!

Well done to : Reece (c), Mathew, Josh, Joe, Harold, Cara, Josh M & Darcy.  Team Nicol Mere.

Watch the video and leave a comment for our team winners.

Ashton Swimming Gala 2015

A fantastic effort by the schools swimming team in the cluster school swimming gala recently.  Some amazing swimmers were on show and despite not reaping any team medals, the children represented the school well with great teamwork and respect for others. They really enjoyed the experience!
